Project Goal
A clinical-stage life sciences company working at the forefronts of the latest biological research and developing potentially therapeutic treatments for patients living with serious diseases.
Our task was the complete strip out & conversion of the whole floor of a multi-storey London office space into high-quality laboratories.
Skills & Results
A follow-up project involving customised science laboratory design, tendering & fit-out.
A strong partnership and collaboration with the client team leading to the bespoke design & fit-out of specialist laboratories incorporating high-quality finishes, environmental control, gases & equipment.
Despite massive disruption during the construction phase due to COVID-19, the project team worked together to achieve excellent results.
The client, including laboratory users, were absolutely delighted with the finished facility with high praise for the Bulb team.
