They’re unique ecosystems that accelerate commercial growth by providing the best possible working environments for their members. Offices, coworking, cleanrooms, accelerator labs, and leading open access R&D facilities —flexible science-ready spaces within green, energising environments and community events in places designed to motivate and inspire.
Skills & Results
Building 7400 is a detached two storey lab/office building. We were asked to design and deliver a self-contained high quality fully fitted CL2 lab suite (part first floor).
By utilising our experience of working with life sciences/biotech clients we designed separate lab and office areas in approx. 60:40 ratio. Labs are comprised of separate rooms for general activities and tissue culture/analysis purposes and a utility/store area with goods-in access.
Facility is equipped with Trespa benching, gas distribution pipework, vulcathene drainage, cat 5 water, lab level lighting and is perfectly suited for life sciences research.
A small kitchenette and breakout area with separate office space makes it an independent and unique space for early-stage companies in Oxford’s knowledge quarter.
